Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went out to run the 7 mile hilly and had to call it off after a mile. I had sharp pain coming my ankle no matter how many times I stopped to retie it. It doesn't hurt when I walk but I don't want to take a chance. So I'm going to ice, and cross train
