felt really good today. for some reason after i get a month into training, i always feel a ton better; i'm not sure if it's actual fitness gains, or just mentally and physically getting used to going out and running every day, but i like the feeling.

This felt a lot easier and went a lot faster than last monday's. wanted to go out about 5:30, then not worry about the 2nd and then finish with another 5:30. ran 5:26, 5:42 (felt a lot easier than that) 5:35. finished up with some barefoot strides up on the field afterward, those felt really good too, helped to wake my legs up and loosen them a bit after the harder run/cooldown
