Comments:
Ran to East and did a few striders on the track. Felt pretty good. I felt relatively fast without giving much effort because I really focused on my stride and my form. I got my knees up and I felt very tall which is great. As MC 'slik always says, the best sprinters will appear to be taller when they're in their full sprinting phase. Going 1-2 in the 100 with my Friend Evan, gonna give him some company in that 200 final (maybe talk a bit of shit along the way), then we're gonna finish it up going with a 1-2 punch to start off the 4x4 that runs 3:18
