Weather: overcast but warm

Comments:
ran with saccomanno. did 6 miles, then 8x300m hill repeats in villa royale at roughly strider pace. despite lacking true workouts before this, I felt pretty good. was rabbitted on the last few sets by a small dog who followed us and then would book up the hill. funny stuff. cooled down for 10 mins did some core and abs afterwards
