Comments:
It was super hot during this run. I forgot to start my watch half a mile into this run. I assumed that I ran 8:00 minute pace so I added 2 minutes to my total time. We ran with Lucas today so we went fast. My legs were still a little tired from yesterday's tempo run. I kind of crashed and burned a little early into the run. I started to just run my own pace. I took my time and didn't want to make this a killer workout. I slowed down a lot, but I am not too worried on time. My mile times were 7:03, 6:54, 6:52, 6:57, 7:50, and 8:14 pace. These mile times were from .25 until 6.25. Overall, it was an ok workout. I was hoping I would feel a little better and a little easier.
