first day my knee felt almost perfect! It was a really nice run. Ran with my high school teammates. Pace was good too. 8:18, 8:16, 8:02, 7:49, 7:57, 7:39, 7:32, 7:41 and then I went over a bit. Hoping to do my workout on Saturday.
