Comments:
Felt alright on the tempo until the last mile and a half, and it felt a little rough, but nothing I couldn't handle. 6:00, 5:54, 5:54, 5:54, 5:55. Solid day but cut the cooldown short since I was really feeling it. Will add a mile tomorrow to the double, but I may do it on one run since I will be on vacation. Overall, solid workout.
