Weather: 80 and Nice!
Comments:
Rode 15 out and back with a group of 3 at 6:00 p.m. 18-20 mph out and then 19-23 back. Great ride and felt easy after I got warmed up. Worked on XC course all day so was a little tired upper body. Looking forward to trying to do some running next week!
