Comments:
I ran at the Glen with John this morning. The first 2.5 miles were rough and I was worried about the rest of the run, but then I got a good rhythm going. Toward the end we were cruising and it felt awesome! The last three I ran 7:20, 7:10, and 7:00. I felt super strong and powerful and it was great :D
