Comments:
Didn't feel great today so the last few miles were tough. More than half of the run was on grass/dirt. I noticed a slight pain in my shin that is very mild but I notice it when I put pressure on my leg in a certain way. It is the same leg as my stress fracture but not the same spot. This is on the front of my shin which leads me to believe it might just be shin splints from the mileage buildup over the past weeks. I am icing it and tomorrow is my cross training day anyway so I will see how it is on monday
