Taking two days off in a row it was time to get back into action. I could have taken the easy way out today and got a ride home from work and said fuck it Ill run tomorrow but that's not how we do it any more. We work hard we stay committed and we stay driven. Today was just and easy run, just to get the blood flowing and the muscles loose!

This has been my first full week of training in awhile. its been like the first week of june since I have really put together a string of runs for a solid week. But this has def. got me off to a good start. Not only was a full week with two days off but it starts the month of August off on a positive vibe. Racing season is quickly approaching and gasirpliaa will be here before WE know it. 6/9 DAYS SO FAR!
