Long run.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Stacey and I ended up doing the progression run backwards because of getting lost. We were moving pretty quick the first 5 at mid 7:30s. I felt great on the trail. After the hill I was dead, and but Stacey pushed me the last 2 miles. Happy to see some of the team. Took my iron pill after and foam rolling. Hoping for a better week next week.
