Weather: nice, a little humid
Comments:
Ran 2 miles in the afternoon because I was prepared to workout.. But it was way too hot so I moved it to the evening. So I went home and pool ran for 25 mins and did abs just in case I wouldn't have time to workout later. The first half of the workout was a little above 90 and the second half was a little below 90. My legs felt good, it was my breathing that made it difficult.
