Pushups in sets while studying flashcards over a period of 4 hours or so:
50x, then 5 sets of 100x broken into 5x20s.
(Total 550 pushups.)
Followed by 100x full situps (50x, 25x, 25x)
with 30x curls (20x, then 10x, R&L) @ 25lb each.
