Hey running log old buddy! Well, let's get down to brass tacks.

Today we ran 4-6 x maybe 550m at chateau with ~2.5 minutes of recovery. The grass was nice and wet so it splattered the back of our shirts with dirty dots of water -- I love that. Everybody really focused hard on increasing the intensity as the workout progressed and the times steadily dropped. My times started at 1:53 and ended at 1:36.
