Loosening up run/ hills

Comments:
I had a wonderful time hiking old rag and the Cedar-whiteoak trails in the Shenandoah with Aidan over the past couple days but definitely feel a little wiped out. I didn't really feel motivated to run today but am glad I got out. I even made the run into a little workout, pushing the all the hills on the loop and adding copely at the end (5 good-sized hills total). Felt pretty good overall but my left knee was bothering me a bit (also bothered me on the hike a bit yesterday).
