Comments:
Went to the wight room because of rain. I ran a mile warm-up and stretched. Then I did 3.1 miles all at 8.5 mph except I had two bursts where I went to 10.2 mph, both were about a minute long. I felt alright but it's just so boring. Afterwards I benched.
