Now in Lucern, Switzerland which has a gorgeous landscape. We arrived at 11:15am by car and while my mom determined the day's agenda and the siblings napped, I ran along the lake until I came to a gravel trail with views of Mt. Pileatus called the Wanderweg. A healthy mix of hills kept the pace honest and the way back ended up being quicker. 22:30, 20:45, followed by a 2:56 cooldown. Boardman core with 10 pushups, 20 squats, 20 calf raises per leg.
