Comments:
Started heel striking, that led to right knee pain. Switched to forefoot striking, that made my knee pain go away, but achilles pain start on the right foot. Later in the run I discovered that I was running without letting my heel ever touch the ground. Once I started doing that my knee pain diminished somewhat.
Run was easy, I took it at about 75%
