Comments:
Went straight to the gym after work. The lift wasn't too great. Calves are sore while writing this the day after but everything else feels fine. Some tool with a lifting belt took the squat rack right before I was going to use it so, after waiting 15 minutes, I decided to forget about it and leave. Went to the track to do some striders and slow starts from 3- and 4-point positions
