Ladder workout with the boys

Comments:
Did a Ladder workout at blackwater with the guys. Overall it went well. We did a 7-6-5-4-3 so it totaled 25 minutes of work and we had 1 minute jog in-between each. Overall was good, I progressed and ran the last 3 minutes hard in a race simulation. The first mile was like 5:16 so we were rolling along pretty well. Good workout, better than the tempo this week I would say.
