Comments:
Ran my tempo with a friend from home who had the same workout. We had a great time, and the weather was beautiful. Splits were 5:40, 5:42, 5:49, 5:41, 5:42. I felt amazing and I dropped him slightly in the last mile, and I've never beaten him in anything before, and we've been running together for 7 years. It was also my 2nd best 8k ever, and it was so easy. Going to stretch a lot and do push-ups later.
