Comments:
Warmed-up and then stretched inside. Then we ran the course, I felt alright during it, went kinda hard. It was really wet. At the top of the hill was the fattest, least afraid ground hog I've ever seen, it just stared at me when I ran around it from 2 feet away. Afterward I ran a mile cool down on the track.
