Comments:
I ran at Ramapo with Stacey and Rachel. I have yet to fully complete a 4 mile tempo. I am not really sure why but at 3 miles it feels like way too much. I am super tired this week too.I started off by myself and then Stacey and Rachel jumped in after a lap bc they were doing less. I did 3 miles, cooled down a mile, and did 4 lane 6's, then cooled down again. Hopefully I can do tempos once I am with the team.
