Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 30 minute tempo and felt pretty relaxed half way through. On the way back I was by myself so it was harder to maintain the pace...picked it up the last 9 minutes or so, and finished pretty well. Came close to negative splitting.
On my second run I ran the usual gravel road loop. Felt tight, but the shake out was nice.
