Weather: humid, cool

Comments:
ran with jarred and decided where we would run with the team. we did a 2.7 mile loop in the woods. everything was really wet. we went up a couple good hills. by the time we got back we were soaked. i was tired so i decided i would bike the next 4 mile loop while he ran it. that was good because i can count this as my easy day.
