Comments:
Goal was 10k pace for the first one, 10s faster for 2nd one. My goal was 2:50, 2:40. Ended up hitting the first ones a bit fast and the second ones a bit slow. Missing the leg speed that I used to have so I need to keep doing more shorter stuff to get that back. Should have done 5 sets but temperature was 97 with a feels like of 107. Brutally hot.
