Comments:
Felt bad today. Ran with Ryan at Potter's Field since he wanted to stay on soft surfaces. Kept a solid pace, but I didn't feel great. Did core after, and I need to roll out a bunch for tomorrow's tempo. Will definitely take Monday off.
