Weather: Warm with Slight breeze
Comments:
Mile warm up on middle mile of course. did a 2-1-1-30-30 x2 on the track. then did 5 "comfortably hard" strides on the football field. then a (very slow) mile cool down on the track. Aside from being really sore no further pain
