Weather: sunny, humid, warm
Comments:
We warmed-up with the middle mile of the course, then we stretched. Then we ran the course, not at race pace but pretty hard. I felt pretty good during it, especially at the last mile. Then I cooled down with Dakota on the track. Afterward we lifted and Dakota and I rode the bike for 20 minutes.
