Ran corn fields 6-8 times. Felt amazing. Goal was to hit 3:00-3:05. Went 7 times at a faster pace than last time. Went 3:00, 3:02, 3:02, 2:57, 2:59, 2:54, 2:48. Wanted to go more, but coach stopped me.
