Comments:
Wanted to hit 5:50 pace the whole time and keep it consistent but I ended up going much faster than I thought I would. Went 5:38, 5:45, 5:45, 5:48, 5:40. Took a 30 second break at 2 miles to tie my shoes and attempt a slower pace, but it just felt right at 5:45, so that's good. It was nice to see Mark and my other old HS teammates at the track as well. Rolled out a bunch afterwards.
