6 mile run

Comments:
Felt good health wise and physically too, the way I want to feel on all my runs. Didn't have foot pain which I guess was thanks in part to the gel pads. Right now I'm angling toward skipping the workout this week and instead trying to be able to complete the 10 miler on Sunday. I think I'll go 7 tomorrow and perhaps 8 on Saturday which should set that up nicely. My last two weeks of training having been a far cry from what I wanted, so it'd be great for me if I could finish out August strong.
