Spring Lake Run

Comments:
Decided to run in Spring Lake after visiting a friend who works there. I was running without a watch but I knew I wanted about a 45 minute run. Around mile 3 (I'm doing a little guess work here) I had shooting pain in my foot and was forced to stop. it was in the same location it always is and is becoming very frustrating for me.
