We had to wait inside until the thunder abated. Before the run we did 1 minute planks, 20 leg lifts, 10 clams per side, two sets of 30 second crunches, flutter kicks, 10 hip raises per side, 3x25 pushups. I ran with Mark and the rest of the potential top 7.
