in place of my 400 workout, I hope its okay that I ran in a local 5k. I was going to take it as a tempo but I went faster(all the adrenaline!) and ran 20:55 unofficially. I actually didn't feel too bad but I knew it was going to hurt after my fast long run. nice to get some rust off!
