Ran with Julio the Farlek we did pretty well for the 2mins on we were about 5:22-5:15 and the one mine 5:10-4:57. The second to last two minute was the one I dropped a bit but got back on it on the last reps. Did a nice easy 3 mile shakeout run during the Nike Run Club.
