  #1 WarmUp.  
  #2 Even 200@75%.  3:05, 3:10, 3:07, 3:10.  I noticed that it's tough to stay evenly paced within a single length of the pool.  For example, I'd start out at one pace and notice that I had a flaw (maybe not enough roll).  So after correcting for the flaw, I could feel my pace change.  But for the most part, each 200 "felt" even.  I tried to rely on my perception of 75% effort, but that changed as the set went on.

  #4 Pull, desc by 200/5%. 3:10, 3:05, 2:55, 2:50.  I was really relaxed on the first 200 and barely increased the effort for the 2nd 200.  
12x25, half sprints/active recovery.
