Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took to the Prairie Path this morning before the rain hit. Mile warm-up then a 4-mile progression, then took an 800m rest jog and then finished with a hard 800. Happy with the workout, my body is still adjusting to these higher mileage weeks so I'm hesitant to push these secondary speed sessions too hard, especially since I always have a long run the next day.
