Comments:
I felt probably my best since we started running in the heat. Our group stayed together until we reached the 2nd "tunnel" under the bridge and I went a bit ahead with coach Heather. I am still sore from Saturday's workout, but am stretching. I've stopped drinking water as much as I used to before practice, and I feel fine, but I still need to stay hydrated for the hot days to come.
