Ran the first 3.1 miles in the Lacey 5k and was going to try and finish out 7 or 8 miles but ended up cutting it at 4.5 because of arch pain. I usually have pain in the front of my foot which actually felt good, and I think part of it might be adjusting to the new trainers. 6:16, 6:18, 6:23, 6:33
