Comments:
Awesome tempo. Splits: 5:45, 5:47, 5:58, 6:16.
Started out very quick. Felt very good at 2 mile turn around. Group started to spread out which was fine until the guys I was with ended tempo at 3 miles. Last mile alone and slow. Workout still significantly better than all summer tempos.
Hr of 188 so not bad.
Legs started workout feeling a bit heavy, that maintained throughout the run. Striders still felt good.
