Morning Workout

Comments:
Today we did 3x1mile/1000m out on a grass loop. I finally had a decent workout and finished it. I got after it running close to Sam for the first set and hung on pretty well. We had 90 seconds rest in between.

Set #1: 5:03/3:01
Set #2: 5:11/3:13
Set #3: 5:19/3:13

Total = 25:00

The last bit was definitely tough but I stayed tough and I think need a couple more good workouts to build some confidence. Then we cooled down and I made sure to get a good cool down in. I might run later to loosen up.
