Weather: Somewhat warm, humid
Comments:
In Pennsylvania, on Lancaster Avenue, Villnova campus and environs. I planned to run 25 steady minutes, 20 tempo and 5-7 recovery. Without going into detail, that plan failed miserably due to severe gastric distress. The first 26 minutes were quality, though not tempo. I should have trusted my instincts and done the tempo yesterday, but like a fool, I insisted that today MUST be the day. At least I got 50 minutes of running, but I cannot say they were uninterrupted. Also upset that I missed the fun in RCP. 2:15 planks, 20 clams, plank leg lifts, one leg squats, seated leg strengthening, 3x15 pushups.
