Not a good day today. I felt great endurance-wise but after the 2nd mile my abdomen issue bothered me and I had to slow it down a decent amount. I started to try to push the pace again to get back to the pack but I ended up falling and scraping myself pretty bad. I stopped at the 2.5 because mentally I felt terrible about the run.
