Comments:
Blaire and I did a tempo at like 9pm because I got out of work late. Were going to do 6 at 715 to720 pace but instead we did 5 at 7 min pace with the last one hard (6:15!). In conclusion, its quite possible I am in better shape now than I was my last 3 years college. Do your long runs, kids!
