Comments:
1p, warmed up to Wadsworth's track then just did 7*(200on, 200off) in a fartlek fashion. wanted to average around 6:00pace (:35/:55 for on/off, or 4:40/7:20 pace). averaged 36.8/54.1. basically a 2-to-3 fartlek ratio.

Over the coming weeks, I'll look to toughen this workout up, through tweaking the distance covered, paces (overall and on/off paces), and rest ratio.
