Comments:
6:29,6:04,6:00,7:10,6:53,6:43,6:46,6:47 I took a couple of things from this run. My foot didn't bother me the way it did last week even with the pace being over 30seconds/mile quicker than my last long run, albeit it was a bit shorter. I was very tight before, during, and after, but I also feel that my fitness is progressing well now. While I would have liked to have smoked a 6:10/mi 10 miler like a lot of the freshman I'm still happy with this past week of good consistent training and am very optimistic for my own goals this upcoming season
