We did a workout at UVA today. It was a 4k "Race" but we had a 3k-2k-1k to do afterwards and it was supposed to get faster each one. So I ran the 4k I think in around 13:40 (I'm waiting to see what my times were). I was behind pretty much everyone but I ran how coach told me to and had a good workout and hit my times pretty well. I'll post my times when I get them.
