Awful Run

Comments:
This run was so bad. We went out really fast considering the humidity, and I got dropped quick. At 2.5, I was really dizzy, so I decided to stop and turn around. I ran about 7:30 pace back since I felt I couldn't run any faster at that point. Basically felt like death. I will drink much more before I run tomorrow.
